8–10 varieties on the counter every day, changing with the seasons – and with our mood. Some classics stay all year round. But: if it isn’t growing right now, it doesn’t go on the pizza.

We prefer to buy organic – but only where it makes sense. We give priority to regional products from producers we know. Our pizza flour comes from the last working water mill in Brandenburg.

01Is everything at Vier Ecken vegetarian?
Yes. Everything is veggie – because we believe the world of pizza is so colourful that it doesn’t need meat, and nobody misses out. There are vegan varieties too.
02What is Pizza alla Pala?
This Roman-style stone-oven pizza is special for two reasons. First, its long shape – we bake it at about 30 × 75 cm. Second, it is baked three times for the right crunch: once without any topping, then with the topping, and a final time when you order your slice. 3 × stone oven = a really good crunch.
03Which pizzas do you have?
Every day there are 8–10 varieties on the counter. They change with the seasons and our mood; some classics are available all year round. We also have antipasti and desserts. Examples from the menu →
04Do you have gluten-free pizza?
Yes. On request we can put any of the day’s toppings on a gluten-free base – in the restaurant it is freshly made to order. For catering, please let us know in advance. Careful if you have coeliac disease: our kitchen is not flour-free, so the gluten-free pizzas may contain the famous “traces of gluten”.

06Do you serve lunch?
Yes. Monday to Friday from 12 to 2 pm we serve fresh pasta alongside our pizza – every portion cooked individually, only once you order.

10Does Vier Ecken do catering?
Yes. We have developed a concept that basically brings our pizzeria to you: the pizzas are pre-baked, just like in the restaurant, and laid out on a kind of buffet. Guests choose with their eyes and get their slices, cut into handy pieces on a wooden board, within 1–2 minutes.
